Sprayer Part:
1). The stepper motor drives the flux spray system, and the spray speed is automatically adjusted with the width of the PCB and the transport speed to ensure uniformity of the spray at any time;
2). The flux is automatically extracted and has the characteristics of good sealing,
constant pressure and safety.
3). Drawer type spray system (can be drawn out and maintained as a whole), equipped
with double-layer rosin exhaust gas filter plate, effectively reducing pollution;
4). Japan "lumina" st-6 original nozzle is used for long-term use without replacement;
5). Under the nozzle, 1.5mm thick stainless steel is bent to form a tray for loading waste water and waste flux, which can be freely drawn out and cleaned. Oil-water isolator is installed on the side to regulate the air pressure and filter the moisture in the air pressure.
6).Independent pneumatic control box design, under the distribution of the total pressure
valve: pneumatic pump, air conditioning, water conditioning, are independently
controlled by the pressure regulator valve, flux flow can be adjusted separately, greatly improving the accuracy and consistency of spray control.
