4. Preheating System：
The preheating adopts Up infrared 4 zones+ bottom infrared 1 zone + bottom 3 zones heated air circulation hot air circulation, Drawer type modular design, air frequency converter control
5. Solder pot System
Tin furnace liner USES SUN316 high anticorrosive material; Direct motor drive double wave peak, frequency conversion speed regulation;
Double wave peak ultra-low tin slag oxidation, tin slag diversion and reduce oxide device, better thermal insulation effect;
External heating device, PID temperature control mode.
6. Cooling system:
Double cross flow fan forced air cooling.
7. Claw washing device:
Special chain claw cleaning device, reduce manual maintenance, free of cleaning agent, save the cost of use.
8. Control System：
Integrated control PC + Siemens PLC electrical control system, Chinese-English window operation interface, data storage.
